Expected results
Whilst L-PATHS is an action research project achieved through the sharing and understanding of best practise inclusion work across Europe, we would expect, as a result of our collective
work -
-
to guarantee the essential skills needed to progress to employment or further training
-
to make adults with a disability or in any situation of exclusion to start to see themselves as members of the community rather than individuals “assisted” by someone
-
to promote more community participation using volunteers
-
to let people with few opportunities experience the European mobility which can contribute to increasing resilience and self-esteem, arise in aspirations and personal goals
-
to validate learning outcomes through the certification of the competences: European instruments such as Europass CV and Europass Mobility, and other less formal methods such as certificates of achievement created by the organizations themselves
